Advertising Rates: Request Advertising Rates - Click Here Updated July 30 2009
You have to sign up as a free trial member on the site here before we can give exact rates to you as they are computer calculated based on # leads we get in your categories.
Advertising options:
1. Trial Member: You can pay us on a commission-referral basis per sale (monthly for all sales) for the leads
PAYMENT of a referral commission to us is REQUIRED on these leads.
Minimum 5% of the selling price unless you contact us and work out something less for example a non-profit where
you made no money on it.
(when you first sign up you are a trial member) After trial leads you have options below to continue getting business.
Trial lasts about 6 leads and then you have to pay to get more customer information but you still see the lead notices.
You do get a tiny name and email link listing on our website during the trial in most cases if space allows.
You are not included in us pitching you to large clients (over $50,000 per event during the trial)
2. Level 1 advertising option (low monthly, 6month or yearly fee) and you pay commissions on all you book
You can get customers by phone for by paying to list your phone # and getting a link to your website from ours.
Rates vary from $5-10-20-75-100/month depending on # of product/service categories and cities/states you serve.
You notify us on all leads you book from our site.
You will be included in us pitching you to large clients who contact us (over $50,000 per event)
Commissions on non-profit events that you book are usually waived on smaller events where you make zero or a very small amount of profit.
Commissions are required on all other events unless waived by All Time Favorites on a case-by-case basis. Minimum 5% of the selling price is required unless we work out a different amount between us.3. Level 2 advertising option: Some categories like venues, facilities, halls are on a level 2 basis meaning no commission due on bookings from our leads or referred through our directory.
Level 2 requires all other types of vendors to pay a minimum 5% commission on events over $5000.004. Non-Profit Organizations
1. Registered 501 C3 and similar (non-profit vendors) with tax ID#'s do NOT have to pay to advertise on this system.
2. We just ask that you send us the page or pages they can put a link to us from and we can help you with what to put on the link to us.
3. We ask that you tell others about us planning events.
4. Commissions are optional to all non-profits.
5. We just ask for a "donation receipt" for the amount we are giving you in advertising for our tax records.

4. Sub-Contractors: If you are interested in working under our name at events (we are the event planner/producer)
We will send you our sub-contractor agreement upon approval of your experience, quality, and references.
We will then contact you to work for our clients on events. This is a great way to get additional business ONLY available through planners as many of the clients we work with do not book directly with
smaller vendors.
In this case we show photos and descriptions of your products/services on a web page but we do the selling. You quote us a range in price (low to target rate) and we mark it up to our client. No
commission due back to us.
You need to supply us with photos and materials to market you under our name.
Bottom line: You get more business. Request to be a subcontractor here and mention you wish to be reviewed as a sub-contractor in your message.More about free trial membership
Free Trial members only get about 3-6 leads they can bid on and then they can only see the leads but must become a paying advertiser to get access to them. Commission of 10-25% is due on all sales during your free trial membership.
Exact rates are set based on the categories/cities you pick.
General estimates are below (your rates will vary based on categories/cities/states you offer)
Billing is done in 6 or 12 month intervals (not monthly)
Annual payments get a 10% discount starting with all new advertising plans after March 26, 2007For under 10 product/service categories
$5 per category per city 10 cities and 1 category = 50.00 month
Rates vary based on the # of hits and traffic we get for that category within a specific city area
Nationwide categories (examples)
Bus Charters and Bus Transportation categories $5000 minimum/year
Photo Booths nationwide $600 year
Event Planning for Corporate Events $1000/year
Minneapolis categories (examples)
DJ and Wedding DJ categories $300 year
Face Painting $100 year
What do you get with the advertising on our website?
1. A link from us to you in ALL the categories and cities you advertise within.
2. Under that link, a description (sales pitch) of what you do.
3. An email link with a fill-out form for the client requesting pricing or information.
4. Access to the email client leads (provided you respond promptly).
5. Participation in our forums (as approved by staff) to improve the site and customer experiences.
For over 10 categories there are discounts but it depends on the categories you are in.
